Equarius Villas

Wanted to book the villa to host an event. Contacted their senior manager and she indicated that there is a pax limit of 20 at any one time, and will do checks on us to make sure this is adhered to. Moreover, their food catering has a minimum order quantity of 30 pax. I find it absurd and wanted to meet her for a discussion. Then she went silent on me. Although their villas are nice, their customer service and rules definitely need more improvements. Disappointed.

Booked a one-bedroom villa. Pros: - excellent service from the butler team, including the kind buggy drivers who were always helpful and helped us to load our luggage back onto the car when we checked out - jacuzzi and pool right at doorstep which was great for kids - roomy bathtub which kids liked Cons: - lots of mosquitoes in the room, we had to request for an extra mosquito coil and ensure kids had lots of mosquito patches on them when sleeping - minibar fridge wasn’t working and had ants in it on our first night. Maintenance promptly helped to replace it the next day - ceiling fan pretty noisy and did not really work to cool the room anyway - would be great if at least basic cutlery was provided in the room - breakfast at Tangerine was terrible and a huge disappointment for the amount we paid for the villa. - In-room dining menu is pretty limited. We ended up ordering grabfood because it was also a nightmare trying to get any food from a terribly overcrowded USS / RWS compound. Much thanks to a kind buggy driver who told us that concierge could help to deliver the food to our rooms

Stayed at Villa 817 fr 16-18 March. As it is rated a 5-star hotel, it comes with a higher expectation. Unfortunately quite a few areas falls short. Firstly, there is a blinking light at the top corner of the ceiling in the room that went on for 24/7. When you switch off the lights at night for a good night sleep, it became very obvious and distracting. For those who cannot get use to this, you risk unable to sleep the whole night. I have never seen this in a hotel room, let alone a 5 star hotel. If really the blinking light is unavoidable, they should have place it/cover it in a discreet corner. After checkin, the remote controlled day curtain was found faulty. They tried to repair the next day when we left the room. However after coming back to the hotel room at night, I could not find the remote control for the curtains. I Then realise that the day curtains was not repaired and they decided to disable both the remote control for the day and night curtains. They must have kept the remote control as it cannot be used now. Not being able to replair it is one lapse in service, having the courtesy to tell the guest that they were unable to repair it is even more important. To make matter worst, the night curtains were unable to close entirely now. Again this five-star hotel has failed in this area badly. The next is the TV In front of the bathtub. It is an enjoyable thing to have this provided the TV is working. Upon checking in this was found to me be faulty and had to be reported to them. Well, they did repair the next day but it took away part of the enjoyment. Lastly is the valet service after checking out. I asked for my car, it took them 30 minutes to retrieve my car. The reason was that they could not find the key to my car. I must commend the service staff who are all very polite and the efficient buggy service Its not a cheap stay at the Villa, with that it really fall short and definitely not a place that I will go back to again.

The staff are all so friendly and nice, made you feel so welcomed. We had a great surprise welcome cake for father's day , nice balloons and a beautiful box of Janice Wong chocolates! Feel very touched by the special arrangement and gestures. Special mention to Willy the buggy driver, who is so hardworking, very friendly and kind. Feel so taken care of by him and also thank you to buggy driver kim chuan and service staff Irene. We will definitely be back again!

We booked this villa for parents' anniversary in December. It was an amazing and unforgettable experience. The 2 bedroom villla was spacious and the view was amazing. It was truly felt like a stay away from Singapore. Butler, John was helpful and attentive to our needs. Will highly recommend this to a family who is looking for a luxury staycay in Singapore.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Equarias Villas and I have to say it was an absolutely incredible experience. The villas are spacious, luxurious, and beautifully designed with every possible amenity you could need. The staff was extremely friendly and accommodating, always going above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed. The infinity pool overlooking the stunning rainforest was the highlight of my stay, offering an unforgettable experience that left me feeling relaxed and rejuvenated.
